Our founders
Prior to founding Vision Mittelstand Partners, Benjamin worked at Castik Capital and Advent International, where he specialized in business services transactions in Europe and the US. He started his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
As a father of two, he can often be found at playgrounds and outdoor swimming pools in Munich on weekends. In his remaining free time, he enjoys playing sports, reading on his Kindle, or indulging in popcorn and nachos at the movie theater.
Prior to founding Vision Mittelstand Partners, Christoph worked at Equistone Partners Europe and specialized in bilateral transactions. As Investment Director, he was jointly responsible for technology investments in the DACH and Benelux regions. Prior to that, he played a key role in setting up the private equity investor AGIC Capital.
He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, an M.Sc. in Materials Science from MIT, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
In his spare time, he delves into the intersection of philosophy and physics, engages in sports as often as possible, and supports people with disabilities.
